You had enough money and time to buy three pregnancy test, which are more expensive than condoms, so why didn't you save time and money by just going to the store and getting a box of condoms? You obviously weren't to scared to buy the pregnancy tests, you could have gotten condoms just as easily. Condoms cost four dollars a box, come on!
Although you made a mistake in becoming pregnant I think you made the right choice in carrying out the baby and giving it up for adoption. In your situation, I believe it was necessary for you in that you won't have to deal with the idea of aborting your baby over your shoulders for the rest of your life, and you gave that baby to a loving mother who is beyond ready to take on the responsibilities of motherhood.
I on the other hand would not be able to give my child up for adoption, or even worse have my baby aborted. Adrianna, my girlfriend of 2 years, and I would take on the responsibilities of parenthood young, and grow up fast to be able to provide for our child the best way possible. Although it would be tough it is definitely possible to raise a kid as teen parents and be successful too.
In the end I admire your choices and maturity throughout the film with giving the baby up for adoption and following through with it even with the judgments of people. Any choice in your situation would be hard to make but I believe you made the best one possible. When you walked away from the abortion clinic and chose adoption instead was very wise and proved that giving your baby a life was possible and a better choice than killing it like many others in a similar situation would have done. I believe that more women should choose adoption rather than abortion, and abortion should become a lot more rare then it is now.
